Thomas BAUDIN

Thomas BAUDIN is Full Professor at IÉSEG School of Management. He received a PhD from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a permanent member of LEM and associate fellow of IRES (UCLouvain).

He has developed a research agenda on family and population economics. He has contributed to the emergence of the economic analysis of childlessness. His other research projects focus on long run economic growth, the emergence of gender differences in preferences as well as cultural attitudes regarding fertility.

 

Interests: Economics of populations, of their movements, reproduction, extinctions and movements in time and space.

Expertise: Population Economics, Theory of Economic Growth, Migration, Cultural Economics, Economic History.
